Deleting your SontraVPN account
Follow the steps below to delete your account and all related data.
How to delete the account
- Sign in to your account at account.sontra.pw
- Open “Account settings”
- In the “Delete account” section press “Delete my account”
- Confirm by entering your current password
- The account is marked for deletion with a 90-day waiting period
- During those 90 days you can cancel the request from the settings
What will be deleted
- Email and account profile
- Device list
- VPN configurations
- Connection history
- Subscription and billing information
What is kept
- Anonymised service statistics (not linked to a user)
