Applies to the website https://sontra.pw, the account dashboard https://account.sontra.pw and the related applications/software components of the Service.
1.1.These Terms of Use of the Sontra service (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern the procedure for accessing the website https://sontra.pw, the account dashboard https://account.sontra.pw, the applications, software components and other interfaces of the Sontra service.
1.2.The Terms are binding on all visitors to the website and all users of the Service regardless of the plan selected. For paid services, the Terms apply together with the Public Offer.
1.3.Using the website, creating an account, signing in to the account dashboard, installing the application, activating a connection configuration or otherwise actually using the Service constitutes the User's agreement to comply with these Terms.

3.1.To access certain features, the User may be required to register an account, confirm an e-mail address, install the application or enter a technical connection configuration.
3.2.The User shall ensure that their device, operating system and network environment are compatible with the minimum requirements of the Service. The Provider may update such requirements as the product evolves.
3.3.The Provider may restrict access from particular devices, networks, IP addresses, regions, accounts or technical configurations where this is required for security, stability, compliance with the law or the performance of contractual obligations.
4.1.When registering, the User shall provide accurate and up-to-date information. The User bears the risk of any consequences arising from the use of incorrect contact details.
4.2.The User is solely responsible for keeping their login, password, verification codes, e-mail access link and other means of authentication secure.
4.3.If the User suspects that the account has been compromised, the User shall immediately change the password and notify the Service's support team.
4.4.To protect the account, the Service may display information about devices, recent sign-ins, system configurations, authorization attempts and related technical events.
4.5.The Provider may temporarily restrict sign-in, require re-authentication, reset active sessions or block particular devices upon detecting signs of abuse or a security threat.
5.1.The User may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only in a manner consistent with its ordinary intended purpose.

6.2.The actual connection speed, latency, availability of particular Internet resources, data transfer quality and channel stability depend on numerous factors beyond the Provider's control: the quality of the User's network, routing, restrictions imposed by telecom operators, load on third-party networks and other circumstances.
6.3.The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 availability of the Service, the absence of technical interruptions, universal compatibility with all devices and networks, or the accessibility of every particular Internet resource through the Service.
6.4.The Provider may update the applications, configurations, the list of technical nodes, routing methods, protection parameters and diagnostic mechanisms without separate approval from the User.
7.1.All elements of the website and the Service, including texts, visual elements, program code, databases, logos, trade designations, and the selection and arrangement of materials, are protected by intellectual property legislation.
7.2.The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, adapting, decompiling, extracting or otherwise using the materials of the Service beyond what is necessary for ordinary user access, unless otherwise expressly permitted by law or by the Provider.
8.1.The Service may rely on third-party solutions: payment services, push notification delivery services, app stores, analytics systems, hosting and other technology providers.
8.2.The Provider is not liable for the rules, restrictions and failures on the part of such persons, unless the relevant consequences are caused by the Provider's culpable actions.
9.1.The Provider may at any time and without prior notice temporarily restrict access to the Service or to particular features thereof where this is necessary for carrying out maintenance work, protecting the infrastructure, remedying an outage or complying with legal requirements.
9.2.The Provider may suspend or terminate service to the User in the event of a breach of the Terms, the Public Offer, legal requirements or the rights of third parties, or where there is a reasonable risk of such consequences occurring.
9.3.Suspension or termination of access on grounds related to the User's breach of the Terms may be accompanied by the deletion or deactivation of technical configurations, termination of sessions, restriction of the number of devices and other necessary measures.
10.1.The User may initiate account deletion in the Service interface or in another manner provided for on the page https://sontra.pw/delete-account.
10.2.Where the product logic of the Service uses a waiting period before final deletion, such period is intended to prevent erroneous actions and to allow access to be restored at the User's initiative. During this period, data is processed to the extent necessary to fulfil the request, protect the rights of the parties and comply with the law.
10.3.A separate interface for exporting all account data may not be available. This does not preclude the User's right to contact the Provider regarding personal data in the manner provided for by law and the Privacy Policy.
11.1.The Service is provided under a mass digital access model. The Provider does not undertake to ensure that the User achieves any economic, commercial, technical or other result that depends on the use of the Service.
11.2.The Provider is not liable for the consequences of the User's use of the Service in violation of the law, mandatory regulations, the rules of third-party platforms, contracts with telecom operators, or the internal rules of an employer, educational institution or other organization.
11.3.The Provider is not liable for the actions of third parties, including communications providers, hosting providers, app stores, device manufacturers, and the owners of websites and platforms to which the User connects.
12.1.The Provider may amend these Terms as the Service evolves and as legislation, security requirements and the product architecture change.
12.2.A new edition of the Terms is published on the website and applies from the moment of publication, unless a different date is additionally specified.
13.1.These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
